Less customizable than other apps like the late Zite. Forces "Top News" on you at the front of your news. Custom news feeds have little to nothing do with your search(its like a search engine that gives no consideration to your search phrase only select individual words). Has in app purchase for a Pro version with upgrades I dont know about.

Slick, customizable, and handy. Wont suffice as your only news aggregate, but definitely a good, quick resource.

I love everything about Simply. Easy to read, great visuals, links back to sources and the ability to bookmark stories. I definitely feel in the loop when I need my mobile news fix.

Does a decent job of narrowing down stories that are local.

Im impressed. The app always works as stated every time. Clean, fast and simple to use. Nice mix of stories not found in typical news apps. Looking forward to using it.

If you want the news quickly and up to the minute, this app gets it done. Also, very easy to use.

The app is very user friendly and gives a good summary of a larger article. You also have the option to read the full article if you want.

Why copy Flipboards tedious UI? Its so annoying and pointless to pretend youre flipping pages. Even worse is the minimal customizability. All of the topics I am interested in get updated very infrequently. Theres also a lot of false positives; articles that use a certain phrase in a buzzword way like "ecosystem" brings up a lot of tech articles instead of actual ecological news. And you cant delete the Top Stories section at the top of the home screen. And it uses Fox News as a source. I want a news app to avoid cable news junk like that. Just another mediocre news app. Skip it.

Very concise news with a very good format. The only problem is if you keep up with the news throughout the day, this app will give you a summarization of stories youve probably already heard about. But if you dont keep up with the news, then this is just the right app for you.
